Security Officer Part Time Patrol Operations
Overview
Security officers patrol and deter incidents in retail and warehouse settings while delivering customer service. You will work a part time schedule with flexible hours using our shift platform and a calm, solution oriented approach to incidents. You will join a team that values integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build a presence through regular and random patrols of the retail warehouse, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns
- 2Monitor access points and delivery areas, verify credentials, and direct visitors in accordance with location policies
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations with clear communication, documenting observations and actions
- 4Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following location procedures and policies
- 5Report suspicious activity and hazards to appropriate personnel and contribute to a safe shopping and working environment
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3A Guard Card/License is preferred
- 4Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 5Valid driver’s license for driving positions if applicable
