What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location
- 2Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures
- 3Monitor access control systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment; report irregularities, unauthorized access attempts, and equipment concerns to appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with management and emergency responders as needed
- 5Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns
Requirements6
- 1Loss Prevention experience is preferred
- 2Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 3Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 4Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- 5Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- 6Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
