What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- 2Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures
- 3Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel
- 5Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements

- 1Be at least 21 years of age
- 2A guard card or license is preferred
- 3CPR certification is preferred
- 4Customer service experience is preferred
- 5Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
