What You'll Do5
- 1Build patrols across the retail environment to deter incidents and ensure safety
- 2Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm problem solving and escalate per procedures
- 3Monitor access points and observe activity to report suspicious behavior and policy violations
- 4Conduct regular unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
- 5Document incidents and observations with required reports in accordance with site procedures
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver’s license per policy requirements
- 3Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- 4Ability to lift 20 pounds
- 518+ years for unarmed roles 21+ for armed roles
- 6Access control and badge experience preferred
