Unarmed exterior patrol role protecting clients in retail environments with a flexible part-time schedule. You will monitor, deter incidents, and deliver customer service within a welcoming environment. What You'll Do5
- 1Build patrol routines across retail locations including entrances, parking lots, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity
- 2Provide customer service by guiding visitors, assisting with access control, and documenting incidents in site procedures
- 3Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and communicate effectively with clients and staff
- 4Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and hazards and report observations to appropriate personnel
- 5Support a welcoming environment by delivering directions and maintaining a visible security presence
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2A Guard Card/License is preferred
- 3Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 4Background check required and drug screen where permitted by law
- 5Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
