What You'll Do5
- 1Build a welcoming front desk experience for employees, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures
- 2Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue credentials, and maintain accurate records
- 3Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other systems from the front desk and report unusual activity
- 4Respond to incidents, requests, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and follow emergency procedures
- 5Coordinate with building management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed with clear directions and communication
Requirements6
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3Undergo a background investigation in line with federal, state, and local laws
- 4Subject to a drug screen as permitted by law
- 5Licensing requirements may apply per state/local regulations
- 6A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
