What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to visitors, renters, and employees at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate
- 2Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials as authorized, and direct guests to the appropriate rental counter or office area
- 3Monitor front desk activity, maintain visitor and vehicle-related access records, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting emergency services or Allied Universal leadership as needed
- 5Help maintain an orderly lobby and entry area by controlling access to restricted areas and providing clear, professional assistance to clients and guests
Requirements5
- 1Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience
- 2Be at least 21 years of age
- 3Access control and badge experience is preferred
- 4Alarm panel experience is preferred
- 5A guard card or license is preferred
