What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a residential community
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, amenity spaces, and the surrounding property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity
- 3Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity, document observations and incidents, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership
- 5Support a welcoming residential environment by maintaining a professional presence and following established post orders and reporting protocols
Requirements7
- 1At least six months of security-related experience
- 2Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- 3Be at least 21 years of age
- 4Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 5Background investigation
- 6Drug screen
- 7Valid driver’s license for driving positions
