What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or contractors at commercial real estate location carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities
- 2Conduct regular random patrols of building interiors common areas parking facilities exterior grounds and perimeter areas reporting unauthorized access suspicious activity property concerns and other security-related incidents
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations in calm problem-solving manner contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed
- 4Maintain accurate activity logs incident reports and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
- 5Own and execute daily security operations ensuring compliance with site procedures
Requirements7
- 1Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience
- 2State county or city-issued security-related license preferred
- 3Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred
- 4Customer service experience preferred
- 5Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21 years old for armed roles
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Subject to background investigation drug screen licensing requirements and valid driver's license for driving positions
