Security Officer Part Time Enhanced Reception Operations at Allied Universal
Overview
Own front desk security and visitor management at a financial institution site with flexible part-time hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. You will monitor access points, assist visitors, and respond to incidents in a calm, customer-focused manner. This role blends security duties with frontline customer service within a collaborative environment. What You'll Do5
- 1Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at the front desk
- 2Verify visitor identity and manage registration and access credentials
- 3Monitor entry points, alarms, and cameras and report concerns per site procedures
- 4Respond to incidents and security-related events with calm, professional service and escalate when needed
- 5Provide customer service while performing security procedures and emergency response activities
Requirements6
- 1At least 6 months of armed security related, law enforcement, or military experience
- 2DD214 with honorable discharge or equivalent certification (e.g., associate degree, 60 college credits, police academy, or corrections academy)
- 3Armed guard card or license preferred
- 4Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Background check and drug screening required
