Overview
CPR Certification preferred and Access Control experience welcome you to join a national security leader. You will serve a commercial real estate site with flexible hours and potential to scale to full-time, while earning through fixed shifts and added on-demand shifts. What You'll Do5
- 1Build customer service relationships with tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors while enforcing site security procedures
- 2Design and implement access-control processes and monitor entrances and credential verification
- 3Monitor and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
- 4Perform unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points
- 5Document and report security events, maintenance issues, and observations to leadership and site personnel
Requirements10
- 1Be 18+ years old for unarmed roles
- 2High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3CPR certification preferred
- 4Access control or badge experience preferred
- 5State or local security license or guard card preferred
- 6Background check and drug screening as required by law
- 7Reliable availability for fixed shifts and potential extra shifts
- 8Valid driver’s license for driving positions if applicable
- 9Customer service experience preferred
- 10Eligibility to work in the United States
