What You'll Do5
- 1Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors and directing guests at a luxury retail location
- 2Manage front desk access by verifying visitor credentials and maintaining visitor records
- 3Monitor entry activity, cameras, alarms, and security systems from a front desk post and report unusual activity
- 4Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a calm, professional manner following emergency procedures
- 5Maintain clear logs and communicate with store leadership, employees, vendors, and emergency responders as needed
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- 4Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 5Valid driver’s license for driving positions only
