Security Officer Visitor Experience Coordinator
Overview
You will own visitor management and front desk security at a luxury retail site in Washington, DC, using Visitor Management Systems and CCTV to screen, issue credentials, and monitor access. You join a team of Security Professionals under Allied Universal, the industry leader, working an anchor shift with the option to claim extra shifts. This role offers a six-month fixed schedule and flexibility to scale up to 40 hours weekly, blending structure with choice.
What You'll Do5
- 1Greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and package logs using the Visitor Management System.
- 2Monitor entrances, cameras, and alarms; report unusual activity and escalate concerns per site procedures.
- 3Respond to incidents and customer concerns calmly, contacting emergency responders when needed.
- 4Maintain a professional front desk presence, assist with directions and inquiries, and complete required reports.
- 5Drive a culture of service by carrying out site-specific security procedures in a luxury retail environment.
Requirements7
- 1Customer service experience preferred.
- 2Loss prevention experience preferred.
- 3Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- 4At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Pass a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
- 7Valid driver's license for driving positions only.
