What You'll Do6
- 1Welcome visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in CRM systems.
- 2Monitor access points and reception-area activity, escalating unusual behavior or policy violations to management.
- 3Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, contacting emergency responders or leadership per site procedures.
- 4Answer incoming calls, provide site information, and coordinate communication between visitors and staff.
- 5Carry out security procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities.
- 6Operate CCTV and access control systems to track entry and exit, ensuring a secure environment.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of security-related experience.
- 2CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- 3Valid guard card or license preferred.
- 4Customer service experience preferred.
- 5Comfortable using a computer or tablet for log entries and access verification.
- 618+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Pass a background investigation and drug screening as required.
