What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a visible security presence through regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
- 2Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures and report suspicious activity and policy violations
- 3Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, problem solving manner and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders
- 4Prepare accurate incident and patrol documentation to maintain comprehensive records
- 5Provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors while following site policies and procedures
Requirements9
- 1high school diploma or equivalent
- 2alarm panel experience is preferred
- 3customer service experience is preferred
- 4comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred
- 5access control and badge experience is preferred
- 6a guard card or license is preferred
- 7age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 8background check and drug screen as required by law
- 9valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
