Security Officer Part Time Access Point Attendant, Healthcare
Overview
The role owns access control at healthcare locations, protecting clients and visitors at scale. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while supporting daily operations in collaboration with a security team. You will help deter incidents through visibility and professional communication.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain compliant access control at healthcare sites
- 2Inspect entry points, verify credentials, log visitors, and direct individuals according to procedures
- 3Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts or emergency responders
- 4Conduct regular patrols of facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access
- 5Document incidents and observations in records and share them with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 2Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3Pass a background check as required by law
- 4Undergo a drug screen as permitted by law
- 5Possess a valid driver’s license if applying for driving positions
