What You'll Do6
- 1Patrol healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- 2Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction, and enforce access control procedures.
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations, including medical emergencies and disturbances, with a calm problem-solving approach.
- 4Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately using digital reporting tools.
- 5Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
- 6Communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of security-related experience.
- 2Possess a guard card or license (preferred).
- 3Experience with access control and badge systems (preferred).
- 4Comfortable using a computer or tablet for reporting.
- 5Customer service experience (preferred).
- 6At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required.
