What You'll Do6
- 1Monitor assigned areas and conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
- 2Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and respond to security concerns calmly and professionally.
- 3Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations with problem-solving and clear communication.
- 4Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management by enforcing site-specific security procedures.
- 5Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support delivery and after-hours access procedures.
- 6Document incidents, patrol findings, and site activity in accordance with Allied Universal reporting procedures.
Requirements6
- 118+ years of age for unarmed roles.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Guard card or license preferred.
- 4Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- 5Alarm panel experience preferred.
- 6Customer service experience preferred.
