What You'll Do5
- 1Build patrol routines and deter unauthorized activity through regular site checks and perimeter monitoring Access control badge security-related
- 2Ship and document incidents, patrols, and observations to maintain accurate records for site leadership using computer tablet reporting tools
- 3Drive quick, calm responses to emergencies and medical incidents, coordinating with site contacts and responders emergency response medical emergencies communication
- 4Lead customer service for employees, visitors, patients, and vendors, including policy adherence and safety reminders customer service policy safety
- 5Own the safe operation of security procedures during evening shifts, ensuring prevention of incidents and proper escalation when needed security procedures evening shift escalation
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education
- 218+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles age requirement
- 3Background check and drug screen as required by law background check drug screen
- 4Guard card or security license preferred licensing
- 5Alarm panel experience preferred alarm panel
- 6Customer service experience preferred customer service
- 7Access control and badge administration preferred access control badge
- 8Comfort with using a computer or tablet computer tablet
- 9Possess reliable transportation if located on-site transportation
- 10Able to pass licensing requirements per state/local laws licensing
