What You'll Do5
- 1Build daily patrol routines across buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
- 2Monitor access points and site activity, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
- 3Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and management personnel while following site policies and emergency procedures.
- 4Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal procedures.
- 5Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner and escalate per site protocols.
Requirements5
- 1At least one year of security related experience
- 2A valid driver’s license required for driving positions
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 5Comfort using a computer or tablet and basic access control experience
