What You'll Do5
- 1Build a professional, welcoming front desk presence and verify access authorization using site procedures
- 2Monitor visitor activity and manage sign‑in procedures while communicating access concerns to site personnel
- 3Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem‑solving manner following established procedures
- 4Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation
- 5Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while adhering to residential policies and emergency response activities
Requirements7
- 1Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- 4Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 5Knowledge of customer service best practices and front desk procedures
- 6Valid driver’s license only if pursuing driving positions
- 7Ability to work part time with daytime and overnight shifts including weekends
