What You'll Do5
- 1Build a welcoming front desk experience for visitors and staff while enforcing access-control requirements
- 2Greet, screen, and direct visitors; verify identification and issue temporary credentials as authorized
- 3Monitor lobby activity, alarms, cameras, and entry points from the front desk and report anomalies
- 4Respond to incidents and alarms with a calm, professional approach following emergency procedures
- 5Maintain accurate visitor, package, incident, and shift documentation and communicate updates to leadership and site contacts
Requirements9
- 1Have at least one year of security-related experience
- 2Be at least 21 years of age
- 3A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
- 4Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
- 5Customer service experience is preferred
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 8Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- 9Must be able to work part-time daytime and evening shifts
