Security Officer Part Time Dispatcher, Customer Service & Emergency Response
Overview
Own site-specific security operations and emergency response at a financial institution location with reliable, anchor shifts and optional extra shifts. This role blends customer service, access control, and incident dispatch to keep people and property safe at scale. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by following site specific procedures access protocols and emergency response activities
- 2Receive prioritize and dispatch calls for service alarms incidents and other security related requests using established communication procedures
- 3Monitor security related systems cameras alarms and communications equipment document events and escalate concerns to appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem solving manner coordinating with on site personnel and emergency responders when appropriate
- 5Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident records and shift reports while supporting regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter as assigned
Requirements9
- 1Possess at least 1 year of security related experience
- 2Access control and badge experience is preferred
- 3Customer service experience is preferred
- 4Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- 5A guard card or license is preferred
- 6Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles 21+ for armed roles
- 7Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 8As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws
- 9As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
