What You'll Do10
- 1Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff at the front desk while applying site-specific security procedures
- 2Monitor facility access by greeting guests, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate records
- 3Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries professionally and relay information to the appropriate personnel
- 4Observe front desk activity, report unusual conditions or access concerns, and respond calmly to incidents
- 5Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and documenting incidents as required by policy
- 6Collaborate with team to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at the site
- 7Utilize scheduling tools to manage fixed shifts and claim additional shifts when available
- 8Maintain confidentiality and comply with company and client requirements
- 9Assist in incident investigations and after-action reviews as needed
- 10Provide feedback to improve visitor management processes and security posture
Requirements6
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3Subject to a background check in line with federal, state, and local laws
- 4Drug screening as allowed by law
- 5Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only
- 6Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
