Overview

Own the end-to-end installation of enterprise security systems at client sites and drive project outcomes from scheduling to system validation. You will lead installation teams on multi-site deployments, configure access control and video systems, and ensure compliance with codes and contract requirements. This role blends hands-on field work with coordination and mentoring to deliver reliable security solutions at scale.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and install commercial electronic security systems including door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and low voltage wiring
  • 2Program and configure security systems and software, troubleshoot installations, and validate operation against contract requirements
  • 3Supervise Security Installation Technician I and II teams and manage multiple medium to large projects within hours and margin tolerances
  • 4Drive to client sites with company vehicle to complete installations and verify system performance
  • 5Train end-users on product features and ensure smooth transition to operations

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Minimum 2-3 years in physical security, fire alarm, or low voltage installation with system programming and mid to large scale projects
  • 3Experience with at least one access control or video management system such as Software House, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Brivo, Milestone, Exacq, Axis or Bosch
  • 4Ability to obtain state licensing for low voltage or alarm installer if required
  • 5Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicle
