Overview
Design and deliver exceptional bike ski and snowboard mechanic services for evo customers. Perform accurate repair quotes and complete all service tasks on time while maintaining high quality standards. Provide product advice and assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Maintain a clean workshop and contribute to a positive work environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assess and provide accurate repair quotes upon customer arrival
- 2Complete all service shop tasks including tunes mounts waxes assemblies on schedule
- 3Offer credible unbiased advice during service check ins and help customers select appropriate products
- 4Attend scheduled clinics and training sessions to improve personal gear knowledge
- 5Order necessary parts to ensure seamless repair job completion
- 6Assist customers on the sales floor providing expert insights and recommendations
- 7Maintain a clean organized efficient workshop area
- 8Deliver a distinctive customer experience through skilled mechanical expertise
Requirements4
- 1Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- 2Adaptability attention to detail communication customer service inventory management multitasking problem solving product knowledge teamwork time management
- 3Barnett or UBI Certification preferred
- 4No degree required
