What You'll Do9
- 1Provide expert ski equipment advice and conduct boot fittings to ensure comfort and performance
- 2Maintain boot lab tools and supplies while tracking ski binding and boot weights on evo.com
- 3Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and problem-solving
- 4Support visual merchandising by restocking shelves and adhering to brand standards
- 5Participate in training clinics to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
- 6Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive workplace culture
- 7Assist with store operations including cleaning and front counter duties
- 8Engage in community events and volunteer opportunities locally
- 9Follow safety protocols when lifting objects up to 50lbs
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience in outdoor industry preferred
- 3Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs
- 4Honest communicator comfortable with direct feedback
- 5Reliable full-day shift availability including weekends and holidays
- 6Availability during major holiday periods including Black Friday
- 7Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environment
