Repair Technician - Commission + Free Ski Pass
Overview
As a Repair Technician at Christy Sports you will ensure guests have perfectly tuned equipment for mountain enjoyment. This role involves assessing equipment needs and recommending optimal service options while maintaining workshop safety and organization. The position offers competitive compensation plus a free ski pass and aligns with our mission of making outside experiences better.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service
- 2Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option
- 3Perform ski and snowboard tuning including sharpening waxing mounting drilling
- 4Maintain accurate pricing and keep promotions current
- 5Keep the workshop clean organized and operating safely following Christy Sports standards
- 6Monitor inventory and stay informed about industry trends and technology
- 7Support teammates and assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong ski or snowboard background and love for the sport
- 3Self-motivated able to multitask and detail oriented
- 4Comfortable with POS systems preferred
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- 7Eagerness to learn with willingness to be trained
