What You'll Do11
- 1Assess customer needs and assist in transactions
- 2Engage in REI Sales and Service Training to promote goods and services
- 3Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance
- 4Produce quality work exceeding industry standards
- 5Report quality and safety issues to shop managers
- 6Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures
- 7Work flexible schedules based on business needs
- 8Collaborate on additional duties as assigned
