Natural Retreats seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Park City luxury vacation rentals. This full‑time role involves diverse home system repairs and aesthetic maintenance. Candidates will operate essential tools and adhere to safety standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform HVAC pool service lock septic plumbing electric radiant heating mechanics and appliance repairs
- 2Execute interior exterior painting drywall repair basic construction and landscaping tasks
- 3Move equipment appliances and furnishings handle trash removal and seasonal snow leaf clearing
- 4Conduct preventative maintenance audits before and after guest arrivals
- 5Read equipment manuals and follow work orders to service homes
- 6Diagnose replace or repair parts and adjust systems
- 7Maintain detailed service records using daily timesheets
- 8Communicate progress on assigned tasks and report issues
- 9Track tool inventory and monitor purchase account usage
- 10Bill guests and owners for completed work orders
- 11Provide emergency on‑call support for all team members
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 32+ years experience in hospitality property management and mechanical repair
- 4Working knowledge of electrical plumbing mechanics and appliance repair
- 5Proficiency with cell phones and basic computer applications
- 6Ability to lift 75 lbs and remain active 85% of the day
- 7Shovel snow when required
- 8Flexible schedule including weekends holidays and night shifts November through April
- 9Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience
- 10Pass a non‑THC drug test upon hire
- 11Background checks covering criminal and motor vehicle records
