- 1Stock rotate and display fresh and frozen seafood products
- 2Monitor product freshness and ensure proper storage temperature control
- 3Clean and sanitize seafood cases equipment prep areas
- 4Package weigh and label seafood items accurately
- 5Assist customers with seafood selection cooking tips and special requests
- 6Follow all food safety sanitation and handling procedures
- 7Unload and organize seafood deliveries
- 8Support department manager and coworkers as needed
Requirements7
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2Friendly professional strong customer service skills
- 3Comfortable handling raw seafood wet cold environments
- 4Willing to obtain food handler permit
- 5Ability to follow instructions work independently
- 6Stand for extended periods lift up to 40 lbs frequent bending reaching use of hands for cutting wrapping packaging
- 7Physical ability to work in cold damp conditions
