What You'll Do8
- 1Stock rotate and display fresh and frozen seafood products
- 2Monitor product freshness and ensure proper storage and temperature control
- 3Clean and sanitize seafood cases equipment and prep areas regularly
- 4Package weigh and label seafood items accurately
- 5Assist customers with seafood selection cooking tips and special requests
- 6Follow all food safety sanitation and handling procedures
- 7Unload and organize seafood deliveries
- 8Support department manager and coworkers as needed
Requirements8
- 1Minimum age 18 years old
- 2Friendly professional with strong customer service skills
- 3Comfortable handling raw seafood and working in wet cold environments
- 4Willing to obtain a food handler permit
