What You'll Do7
- 1Sort, butcher, clean, weigh, and box various seafood products with fillet knives and food processing equipment.
- 2Wear protective safety gear and maintain a safe working environment per company policy.
- 3Follow written and verbal instructions for food safety and product handling.
- 4Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- 5Work in a cold, wet, and humid environment at 35ºF.
- 6Collaborate with other departments in a team atmosphere.
- 7Ensure prompt and reliable attendance to meet production deadlines.
Requirements8
- 12-3 years of cutting or filleting experience required.
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3Experience with fillet knives, food processing equipment, and food safety in a fast-paced environment.
- 4Seafood experience preferred.
- 5Must be 18 years or older.
- 6Basic English speaking and written proficiency.
