School Based Mental Health Therapist, Atlanta & School-Based Therapy
Overview
LCSW and related license holders will provide on-site and telehealth mental health services to students at elementary through high school. The role supports collaboration with school staff and families, delivering individualized treatment plans and documentation in the EHR. This is a clinician-led opportunity in a minority-owned company focused on expanding access to care for kids and teens. What You'll Do10

Requirements10
- 1Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2Active license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LPC-A in Virginia
- 3Experience working with youth in schools, outpatient, or virtual settings
- 4Strong clinical skills in individual and family therapy
- 5Cultural competence and trauma-informed care approach
- 6Ability to work in both on-site and telehealth formats
- 7Commitment to improving access to mental health for kids and teens
- 8Experience with documentation in an EHR system
- 9Passion for collaborative, community-focused mental health work
- 10Part-time or full-time availability (7am-4pm)
