Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Supervision & Growth
Overview
LMHCAs, LMFTAs, and doctoral trainees join a small group practice with supervision opportunities and W-2 employment options. You’ll provide psychotherapy, build client rapport, and engage in ongoing professional growth within a collaborative team. What You'll Do8
- 1Build psychotherapy services for clients averaging 25 clinical hours per week
- 2Complete clinical documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner
- 3Communicate with clients, colleagues, and community partners reflecting the practice values
- 4Attend sessions, meetings, and practice engagements on time and prepared
- 5Respond to client, referral, and colleague communications promptly and professionally
- 6Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
- 7Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards
- 8Commit to working at least one day in office in Bellevue
Requirements10
- 1Active associate or full licensure, or currently in a qualifying training stage (e.g., LMHCA, LMFTA, LMHC, LICSW, advanced doctoral student, Psy.D. or Ph.D)
- 2Graduate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or a closely related field
- 3Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- 4Experience with populations represented on our website and comfort supporting diverse backgrounds
- 5Commitment to ongoing professional growth, learning, and curiosity
- 6Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, warmth, openness, and collaboration
- 7Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organization
- 8Secure and stable remote work setup suitable for telehealth services
- 9Interest in supervision, consultation, community engagement, or marketing (preferred)
- 10Familiarity with ACT and relational therapy approaches (preferred)
Salary Insight
$46 - $164k per year
