What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement individual and family therapy programs scalable across multiple locations
- 2Develop treatment plans aligned with clinical standards and organizational goals
- 3Mentor junior clinicians and foster professional development within the practice
- 4Analyze patient outcomes to refine service offerings and operational efficiency
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- 6Collaborate with supervisors to address complex cases and system improvements
- 7Drive community outreach initiatives to expand access to mental health services
- 8Utilize technology platforms to enhance client engagement and workflow management
- 9Participate in hiring and onboarding new licensed therapists
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience providing mental health counseling in diverse settings
- 2CPC Card certification preferred but not required
- 3AWS Certified cloud infrastructure knowledge beneficial
- 4BCBA credential valued for behavioral health specialization
- 55+ years experience with adult and pediatric populations
- 6Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across disciplines
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 8Commitment to ongoing professional education and certification maintenance
- 9Experience with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools
- 10Dedication to culturally competent care for diverse patient demographics
Salary Insight
$90 - $115k per year
