Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Pediatric Telehealth & Remote Care
Overview
LCSW will lead pediatric telehealth behavioral health care across North Carolina and beyond, managing a caseload of children and adolescents through episodic and long-term therapy. You will coordinate with primary care teams to build comprehensive treatment plans and deliver evidence-based care via telehealth. This role supports after-school hours and occasional weekends, with options for hybrid work where applicable. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and deliver CBT and DBT informed therapy to pediatric patients and families with diverse needs
- 2Design biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans using measurement-based care
- 3Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- 4Coordinate with Primary Care Providers, Care Managers, psychiatrists, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care
- 5Lead and support caregiver education and coaching to extend progress beyond sessions
- 6Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and address safety concerns including suicidal ideation
- 7Maintain telehealth best practices and ensure HIPAA-compliant, private home workspace
- 8Engage in ongoing professional development and licensure requirements
- 9Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement integrated care approaches
- 10Manage a mixed caseload with episodic and long-term therapy relationships
Requirements10
- 1Active, unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina or ability to obtain prior to start
- 2MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
- 3Minimum 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience with children/adolescents
- 4Experience conducting psychosocial assessments and delivering individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations
- 5Experience with evidence-based modalities such as child-focused CBT, PCIT, or play therapy
- 6Strong understanding of child development and family systems
- 7Comfort delivering care via telehealth and proficiency with EHR systems
- 8Excellent clinical documentation and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams
- 9Reliable high-speed internet and a private HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- 10Preferred: experience in integrated care and bilingual (Spanish/English)
