Licensed Master Social Worker Remote PM Pediatrics of Virginia
Overview
Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to lead behavioral health services for primary care patients. This part time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and providing therapy while maintaining high standards of care.
What You'll Do9
- 1Perform psychosocial assessments using evidence based practices
- 2Provide counseling and therapy with proven treatment modalities
- 3Maintain professional development as required by licensing boards
- 4Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning promptly
- 5Collaborate with patients families and teams to overcome treatment obstacles
- 6Ensure compliance with company policies and cultural competency
- 7Respond quickly to urgent needs and manage a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly
- 8Ship and maintain accurate records for 30-35 patients weekly
- 9Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse populations
Requirements6
- 1Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with NY LMSW license
- 2Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients
- 3Teletherapy experience with children preferred
- 4Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of illness
- 5Excellent short term counseling abilities
- 6Ability to interact effectively with culturally diverse individuals
Salary Insight
$70 - $75k per year
