SAP SuccessFactors LMS Manager, SAP & Learning Systems

What You'll Do5
- 1Build and steer LMS requirements and configurations in SAP SuccessFactors to meet client outcomes
- 2Design advisory approaches for Learning Management System functionality and transformation programs
- 3Lead workstreams and client teams on large SAP transformations with on and offshore resources
- 4Ship project activities and ensure alignment across technical, reports, conversion and change management workstreams
- 5Drive effective communication and documentation of requirements, solutions, and decisions to diverse stakeholders
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation or consulting experience
- 2Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Learning Management System LMS experience
- 3Minimum 1 year leading large SAP transformation projects with onshore and offshore resources
- 4Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
- 5Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
