Sap SuccessFactors Compensation Manager at Accenture
Overview
Own large transformation programs around SAP SuccessFactors compensation and related modules at enterprise scale. You will lead cross functional workstreams, configure SAP solutions, and partner with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You’ll collaborate with teams across technical, change management, and reports workstreams to deliver measurable business impact. This role offers frequent client site travel and exposure to a broad SAP practice portfolio.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and drive large scale SAP SuccessFactors compensation transformations with onshore and offshore resources
- 2Design and lead workstreams across technical, reports, conversion, and change management to deliver client outcomes
- 3Own project activities from initiation through delivery while monitoring scope, budget, and risk
- 4Drive profitability and service quality by aligning delivery with client objectives and success metrics
- 5Interact with sponsors and stakeholders to document requirements, configurations, and decisions
- 6Tweak methods, tools, and procedures to meet client needs and accelerate value
- 7Check business requirements to identify configuration solutions and ensure traceability
- 8Maintain records of requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decisions (documentation)
- 9Travel 0 to 100 percent as required by client engagements
- 10Collaborate with Accenture SAP practice to share learnings and reuse accelerators
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience
- 2Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation experience
- 3Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project Large Workstream or Client Lead on a large transformation project with on and off shore resources
- 4Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation
- 5Certification in multiple SuccessFactors areas
- 6Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 12 years work experience
