- 1Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
- 2Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
- 3Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet client needs

- 5Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Requirements8
- 1Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
- 2Minimum 5 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
- 3Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
- 4Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module
- 5Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience
- 6External consulting experience preferred
- 7Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll preferred
- 8Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
