SAP Employee Central Payroll Manager
Overview
You will own the delivery of large-scale SAP transformation projects, managing scope, risk, and client expectations from kickoff to go-live. Leading cross-functional teams, you will configure Employee Central Payroll solutions and drive business outcomes for enterprise clients. Your expertise in SuccessFactors and payroll integrations will set you apart as clients rely on you to solve their most complex payroll challenges. This role offers the chance to work with Accenture's award-winning SAP practice, leveraging S/4HANA and cloud technologies to deliver modern payroll solutions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the delivery of large, complex SAP payroll projects, managing scope, risk, and client expectations from kickoff to go-live.
- 2Design and configure Employee Central Payroll solutions to meet client business requirements, documenting decisions and alternatives.
- 3Drive business transformation programs by applying SAP best practices and your deep payroll domain knowledge.
- 4Manage workstreams and project teams, coordinating with technical, reports, conversion, and change management teams to ensure seamless integration.
- 5Advise clients on leveraging SuccessFactors and EC Payroll to streamline payroll operations and improve accuracy.
- 6Own the profitability of your projects by managing service quality, resource allocation, and client satisfaction.
- 7Collaborate with sponsors to align project goals with business strategy, ensuring measurable value delivery.
- 8Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the SAP practice through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements8
- 14+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
- 23+ years of hands-on Employee Central Payroll implementation experience.
- 3At least 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
- 41+ years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
- 5Certified in EC Payroll applications and Payroll module.
- 6Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 12 years work experience (or Associate’s Degree with 6 years).
- 7External consulting experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll is a plus.
- 8Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces, with experience in SuccessFactors integration being advantageous.
