SAP Employee Central Time Off Manager
Overview
You will own SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off delivery for enterprise clients, shaping transformation programs that modernize HR processes. You will join Accenture's SAP practice, a team of 50,000+ SAP professionals recognized with over 70 SAP awards. You will collaborate across workstreams, mentor consultants, and drive solution design from blueprint to go-live. This role offers direct client exposure and the chance to influence SAP SuccessFactors roadmaps. You will also support the growth of our SAP practice through presales and thought leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Define project scope and requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off implementations, translating client needs into clear functional specifications.
- 2Build detailed functional and technical design documents for Employee Central and Time Off modules, ensuring alignment with leading practices.
- 3Run proof of concepts and create effort estimates for SAP transformation proposals, validating solution approaches with stakeholders.
- 4Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors module integrations, coordinating with on-shore and off-shore teams.
- 5Drive solution implementation to meet project milestones, managing issues and risks that impact delivery timelines.
- 6Support change management activities to enable client adoption of SAP processes and tools.
- 7Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing on Employee Central and Time Management.
- 8Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and map them to SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting, or 8+ years equivalent industry experience.
- 23+ years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformation with on- and off-shore resources.
- 32+ years in Employee Central with EC Time, holding Employee Central certification.
- 4SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification.
- 5SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
- 6Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 12 years work experience (or Associate's with 6 years).
- 7Knowledge of SAP business development process and ability to articulate SAP value to clients.
- 8Proven stakeholder communication skills with effective strategies for alignment.
