What You'll Do6
- 1Define project scope and requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 2Build detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and support stakeholder sign-off.
- 3Develop proof of concepts and estimates to validate design decisions and support client approvals.
- 4Coordinate solution implementation across on- and off-shore teams, tracking progress against project milestones.
- 5Drive change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP processes and technologies.
- 6Leverage deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise to advise clients on best practices and industry benchmarks.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
- 23+ years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
- 32+ years in Employee Central with EC Time, plus SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification.
- 4Must hold SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
- 5Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience, or Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.
- 6Experience with SAP business development processes and client communication.
- 7Proven stakeholder communication skills, with ability to align diverse project participants.
