Overview
Lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations at scale. Own the end-to-end success of Employee Central and ECP solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Drive adoption and continuous improvement across global deployments.
What You'll Do11
- 1Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- 2Design scalable solutions aligned with organizational needs
- 3Lead testing and stabilization phases to ensure system reliability
- 4Partner with HR Payroll IT system integrators to integrate external systems
- 5Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- 6Drive process optimization and automation within SuccessFactors
- 7Deliver training programs to end users and stakeholders
- 8Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- 9Collaborate with Burgeon IT Services leadership to align project outcomes
- 10Maintain documentation for configurations and processes
- 11Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Requirements11
- 15+ years building SAP SuccessFactors solutions using Python and AWS
- 23-5 seasons leading complex ERP implementations
- 35+ years developing ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Expertise in Kubernetes and containerization strategies
- 5Strong understanding of data orchestration principles
- 6Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- 7Certified in SAP SuccessFactors and related domains
- 8Experience with cloud-native architectures
- 9Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- 10Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and debugging
- 11Results-driven approach to delivering business outcomes
