What You'll Do11

Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years SuccessFactors Recruiting Management experience
- 2Minimum 3 years SAP implementation or transformation experience
- 3Minimum 3 years SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting background
- 4Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12 years total work experience
- 5Advanced proficiency in SmartRecruiters software
- 6Expert knowledge of SAP Talent & HR processes
- 7Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- 8Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
- 9Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 10Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment
