SAP HCM Functional Consultant, Time Management & CATS
Overview
Own SAP HCM Time Management and CATS design, configuration, and support for a hybrid contract role in Montvale, NJ or Chicago, IL. You will lead integration with Payroll, Project Systems (PS), and Controlling (CO) across a 6-month engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive solutions in a senior SAP HCM environment. This role stands apart through its depth in CATS workflows and PS integration.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and configure SAP HCM Time Management and CATS profiles, data entry, and workflows.
- 2Lead integration of CATS with Payroll, Project Systems (PS), and Controlling (CO).
- 3Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- 4Configure validation rules and ensure data accuracy in CATS.
- 5Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Time Management and CATS.
- 6Collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements and fixes.
- 7Support end-to-end testing and user acceptance for time-related processes.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in SAP HCM Functional consulting with focus on Time Management and CATS.
- 2Expertise in CATS profiles, data entry, workflows, validations, and integrations.
- 3Proven experience integrating SAP HCM Time with Payroll, PS, and CO.
- 4Strong skills in requirements gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- 5Ability to work onsite in Montvale, NJ or Chicago, IL for a 6-month contract.
- 6Certification in SAP HCM is a plus.
