What You'll Do9
- 1Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance, Goals, and Succession.
- 2Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document talent management needs.
- 3Drive the implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- 4Configure system settings, business rules, and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors.
- 5Coordinate with technical teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
- 6Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- 7Provide go-live support and post-implementation troubleshooting for talent processes.
- 8Deliver user training and documentation to support adoption and sustainability.
- 9Manage project deliverables, track progress, and report status to project leadership.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
- 2Proven track record leading full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- 3Strong configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management.
- 4Deep understanding of succession planning and career development within SAP SuccessFactors.
- 5Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- 6Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- 7Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex configuration issues.
- 8Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 9Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
