SAP HCM Payroll Functional Analyst
Overview
An organization seeks an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Analyst to support the SAP HCM Payroll module and related HR systems. The role involves configuration and support of payroll solutions including processing pensions time evaluation tax configurations and deductions. This position requires hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and related modules.
What You'll Do12
- 1Receive knowledge transfer from the current SAP HCM Payroll Analyst
- 2Provide support for user-reported issues including troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolution in production systems
- 3Collaborate with business and technical teams to design build test deploy and support solutions
- 4Independently resolve complex integrated system issues using structured problem solving techniques
- 5Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive solutions
- 6Communicate effectively with stakeholders on system processes solutions and project updates
- 7Lead project activities mentor junior analysts and ensure timely task completion
- 8Serve as internal consultant and project coordinator from initiation through post go live support
- 9Participate in large scale projects managing HCM related scope risks and deliverables
- 10Translate business requirements into functional and technical system solutions
- 11Ensure system integrity through best practices in configuration testing and security
- 12Monitor SAP HCM support packs and coordinate implementation
Requirements5
- 1Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration and support
- 2Working knowledge of OM PA TM and Benefits modules
- 3Experience with payroll schemas wage types and tax configurations BSI
- 4Familiarity with end to end payroll processes and integrations
- 5Preferred experience configuring pay rules for Collective Bargaining Agreements
