Overview
Own end-to-end payroll operations for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) across US, India, and EMEA. Configure, support, and implement payroll solutions for a global enterprise. Work with a dedicated team of HR tech specialists on complex payroll schemas. This role drives compliance and accuracy in every payroll cycle.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure SAP HCM Payroll for country-specific payroll (US, India, EMEA).
- 2Execute payroll cycles including regular, off-cycle, and bonus runs.
- 3Maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
- 4Validate payroll results and reconcile with financial systems.
- 5Troubleshoot payroll issues and implement fixes.
- 6Enhance payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- 7Document payroll configurations and procedures.
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payroll-related projects.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and support.
- 2Hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
- 3Experience with multiple country payroll (US, India, EMEA).
- 4Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations.
- 5Ability to manage full payroll cycle end-to-end.
- 6Relevant SAP certification preferred.
